This course outlines the physical basis of imaging, image production and processing, the strengths and limitations of the available tools,the hazards of radiation and the necessity of radiation protection and radiation safety. The aim is to ensure the learner acquires the requisite knowledge of physics for effective and safe clinical radiological practice.
